Loym provides software, technology and related services.
Depending on the particular Service, this may include:

You must use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Loym does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

You retain your rights to data and content that you submit to the Services, subject to the rights necessary for Loym to provide the Services.

Where fees apply, the applicable pricing and payment terms will be communicated separately.
